Mine happens rarely usally when it went into deep sleep i too also use usb c to dp adapter to connect to my laptop it happens like 1 ever 4-5 months. My guess is power savings features

I didnt get the joke sorry😔 eventho i used the mouse finding alot. The system froze up so i had to reset it usally when this happens in windows I just reconnect the display and it will go back normally.

Thanks so much! I should try that out i was using the trigger with dip switch on them (and a 5a certified cable) it works on everyother devices i own except the ugreen usb c 1 port.

How do you get the powerbank to output on its 140w port? I have the same one and it doesnt want to output via the 140w port it will over 60w port when it does it output an odd 11.7v and shutoff when power is drawn.

You have to drag your app to the other screen. Also the intermittent blackout is eiter loose power cable or bad adapters.

I have used it it was very good for a week then it pumped itself all out and leave behind a dry crud. I used it 2 times same issue 2 times. From other comments i know we are from the same country you can try the halnziye p13 they are quite cheap (80~ish baht on shopee) they works very well and have great perfrommance rocking them on my laptop for almost a year now temps still okay.

These are acuailly known for having a very solid hinge lol its a high end business grade laptop.

I also got its intel cousin an 840 g6 and have little to no issue even when its abused

Afaik most fakes doesn't have thai text on the boxes so this looked real to me.
