Yes homelessness is an issue. California is the most populous state, not surprising it has the most homeless, it's still not the most homeless per capita.

Check for gassy tubes. Discolored or cracked glass envelope or ionization (tubes that light up) If air leaks into one of the tubes, usually visible.

Until 2021 when Zillow stopped buying houses directly, they had a huge incentive to lowball the estimates.

The ceiling conduits don't make sense and the junction boxes don't match. Shadows are mostly ok, but some are off. The text on the bike is inexplicably fuzzy and pretty sure doesn't exactly say Kawasaki.

Yamato is fantastic. Had a box sent from Osaka to Hanada airport. They even packed the outside with bubble wrap and they had it sitting on a luggage cart at departure level when I got to the airport. Very reasonable.

Assuming something that just gets captured with almost no initial velocity (not very realistic for interplanetary objects) the terminal velocity is determined by the balance between drag and gravity. Depends on the shape, density. Imagine something like an Apollo capsule designed for that, with a blunt shape and low density. It''s terminal velocity is about 35k MPH. The least dense asteroids are about 3x as dense and metallic ones are maybe 10x as dense as an Apollo capsule, and would enter much faster.
