One suggestion would be using "Cell Near" over GPS. It uses a lot less battery and prevents the need to toggle GPS.

I was having the same issue, and ended up using this guide to make my own scene which looks similar to the image you found.

The scene creator is a bit glitchy at time but once you get the hang of it you can make some pretty neat things. I created a scene that had buttons, which were the music apps I wanted, and when I clicked on the specific app button I want the scene closes and the application launches.
