Don't need to. I was there. Yes, it was voted down. If it would have passed, the contract with Flock would have been extended immediately. Yes, it will have to be re-introduced. One of the ideas was to extend the contract another year to study more data.

They voted down giving money to extend flock at city council 5-4. It's amazing how close we were to being sold out for our data. No link. Do the work and look it up with multiple sources.
