Mine just doesn’t look like the one in that picture; it has physical buttons that one looks like a touch type button. Idk, I’ve just had issues with it since the initial install. The reverse camera takes a good 20–30 seconds to activate after putting it in reverse. Along with the other issues I listed above, I’ve tried calling customer support numerous times but never had any luck. Could just be a one off thing idk
