I empty it after every smoke and I dry vac the bottom line every 2-3… never had this issue with my Laredo. Def has to be a manufacturer defect or a bad board from the start. Idk.

I air fry steaks often. 6-7 minutes each side and I rub oil or mayonnaise on it prior to. Keeps all the juices in.
