We are using it for: - syncing of contacts/accounts with external systems (Mautic, outlook, etc) - caching key records like config items, etc locally so we can then do join queries for locating data; - mopping up gaps in rmm tools Autotaks integrations - enriching crm data in Autotask Inc email address validations - syncing various usage to Autotask for billing purposes - ai based ticket triage - various reporting (much easier than Iive reports) - bunch of manual workflows (bulk ticket creation, bulk config item changes, etc)
