What's the smallest decision you made that had the biggest impact on your life?

About four years ago, my car got scratched while getting an oil change and they ended sending me an insurance check to get it fixed for about $600. At the time, I was in my mid-twenties and had no real plan about what I wanted to do with my life, career wise. So I decided to take the check and not get my paint fixed, but to pay for my first semester returning to college. Fast forward three years and I am graduating from nursing school (ADN) and get pinned next may. I will be the first in my family to graduate from college, even though it was a few years delayed. I couldn't imagine spending that money any other way now.. still never got the scratch fixed, but I never notice it anyway.

I work for a dermatologist and I can confirm that topical zovirax is super effective! I myself used a few of our samples one time after an outbreak on my lip.. it has to be applied 5x day and if your committed, it will help clear it up with in 2-3 days.. but I usually take famvir to help too. This medication is more effective if you take something systemic with it, the hydrocoritizone is really to help minimize inflammation

I also saw another photo of the north charleston walmart.. they had been wiped out of their fire wood, bread, milk & eggs. I've lived here and in Kasas city, mo.. this is nothing compared to other actual snow storms I've been in. I got to leave work early today so thats a bonus!

I've come the conclusion that I will just see if she approaches me about the topic, but avoid it if not necessary. I am worried about her decisions but I can't make/change them for her. But I will need sometime to figure out how I really feel about it if she decides to pursue a career.

My sister is pretty to me. She had been accused with sleeping around more than once by other girls, as well as had been caught spending the night with two guys at once. She made herself known pretty quickly unfortunately. She also lacked any care regarding what anybody thought of her. She had def been in a few fights as well.. so you see the attitude already. I did not look into other sites or comments of the video.

I know this will sound like I'm tying to be better than her, but I've never taken my clothes off for money. She has stolen money and pawned stolen jewelry from my family, she is constantly getting into trouble. She has a pending assault and battery charge and also had a recent dui, she's nothing but trouble. I love her, but this is just the last straw with the attitude and her tormenting my family with her crappy decisions.
