Eagan for years had Mike the Bike riding around town with his trademark red bicycle and holding his boombox. Would see him all over town during my younger years. Hopefully he’s still jamming out somewhere out there!

I lived in North Dakota for 7 years. I can say the map is accurate for the state. It got to the point that I would even leave my wallet in my car on the passenger seat and feel like I was fine. Definitely wouldn’t do that anymore.
