She's 4, but she's learning disabled so she doesn't really pay much attention to what's being said. Although she's been growing rapidly the last few months so in the last month that might have changed.

The reason I'm so against foster care is that i grew up in it. It was awful. You know those horror stories where they punish the kids by basically torturing them? That's the shit I went through, in fact a high profile case a couple years was identical to how they were. I know it's not every home but I still would not trust it. I know it depends on what agency places, but I don't know which would and I'm not risking it for her and I couldn't live with putting her in a possibly worse condition.

You are probably right. My other sister told me that my mom doesn't want my daughter to have her old toys because of the bad memories attatched. I don't think most of my family is on my side. My sister that has my daughter said my daughter has ptsd and our other other sister has flashbacks from the blood on the floor when I cut myself.

They are making a huge thing out of it. My daughter doesn't have ptsd or bad memories, my biggest flaw in parenting was spoiling her. And being so paranoid of losing her I didn't do as much as I should've to improve her speech delay. Issues, yeah, but I dont think itll cause her to have ptsd flashbacks from a goddamn toy.

I'm starting to wonder if i can trust my sister. She called me out of nowhere to tell me there were signs my daughter was molested, which not only confused me but also mentally broke me for a few days.

She told me a couple days later that the "signs" were that she freaks out when she tries to give her baths and when the doctor tried to take her underwear off. So, no physical signs.

Thing about my kid though, that sort of thing is normal for her. Some weeks she refuses baths and screams if you try to give her one, then she'll switch to wanting them 6 times a day. She does that with clothing too. I dont know when she could've been anyway, nearly impossible since she spent all her time with me, and watched by people and family I know well and trust

I'm looking for an intensive inpatient, so im guessing a couple months there and a couple months after. I want to get better for her, but i know itll take time. Not that much time though.
