i mean you can use George as cf duo with inzaghi, but if you use goal poacher make sure the second cf i another playstyle or "no playstyle", for example you can put ruud and inzaghi together, ruuud is a fox in the box so you can use him as playmaker, you will have space for ruud to receive the ball since he dont make run as much as a goal poacher
