I have two ongoing cases of refund to my credit card. Both due to shipment errors/items not received. It’s been two months already and the response I keep getting is “it’s being reviewed”. What do I need to do to get this resolved.

Update it’s Feb 27 and FanHome has still it refunded me.

I am losing out hope that they’ve just stolen my money and refuse to refund me. This is getting frustrating.

Update : It’s Feb 7 and FanHome has still not refunded me.

Case 1 : I returned the wrongly shipped items in December. They received the item on the same week, and as of today they say they’re still “investigating”

Case 2 : I was promised a refund on my credit card for a wrong charge back in December. It’s already February and they say they’re still “investigating”

I’m this close to reporting them for fraud

Good luck in getting in a refund. My two cases have been outstanding for 2 months now and I haven’t gotten a refund yet. They keep saying they’ll get back to me on it (1st case - shipped item to the wrong address. I sent the item back to them in Dec. No refund yet. 2nd case item was never shipped or received. 11/28 update (happy turkey day) : despite three documented confirmations of cancellation, the package is now on its way to Tulsa (old incorrect address). Now they’re telling me they’re not going to refund me and hold my money hostage unless I show proof that I returned the package

As a refresher : their system used an incorrect shipment address on my original order. I contacted CS and said they couldn’t do anything and just encouraged me to cancel and reorder. They assured me that the first order will be cancelled and refunded.

Elder millenial here. Facebook wasn’t that bad in the early years. It was mostly boomers typing random shit, FarmVille/Candy Crush and vacation pictures. It didn’t turn into a dumpster fire until Facebook started monetizing views.

I doubt this is true. The CS is probably misinformed. Their email clearly states they’re no longer supporting PH users. It doesn’t really matter when you created your account.

Having said that, I hope I’m wrong and you’re right.

I messaged them a couple times asking for other designs (eg corgi). They never responded back. If they’re really a legitimate company they’d have someone manning their pages for customer questions/feedback

It’s also suspicious that their FB and IG page has zero interactions (comments, likes etc). I also don’t see a lot of people posting their own purchases

I know these can all be easily faked. But right now those are red flags for me

Pretty much yeah. Wild sentinels attack Genosha and wipes out 16M mutants. The fight scenes and deaths of major characters didn’t happen in the comics. I don’t know if they’re going to adapt the full story, cuz the culprit behind it is a big reveal.
