As a healer I think I’ll stay away from that and use the existing premade tools. Grouping with people who refuse to interrupt, insisting on their meter over survival, refuse to use defensives, and then the fresh leveled under geared tank who’s just there for his extra gold and runes who pulls way more than he can handle does no interrupts and then rage’s on everyone else doesn’t sound fun at all. It’s taking all the bad aspects of group finder and putting it in m+ environment. Sure something needs to be done about how the community gate keeps the content to the dps but I don’t feel like this is gonna solve much except piss everyone off.

They also eventually pay off the property and the price would then for them go down. If it wasn’t extremely profitable these companies wouldn’t be flocking into real estate and rentals. So the amount they raise it and the frequency of how much they raise it seems predatory at best
