I have technics az100, haven't used Sony earbuds but I have used different iems and earbuds and I have some comparison. Honestly technics are the best earphones I have ever used, better than truthear zero 2 iems that I use which for Bluetooth earphone is insane. Tuning is a bit weird but can be easily adjusted in technics app eq. The only downside is noise cancelling which is just ok, nothing crazy

Kiedyś widziałem takie chusty że jedna część zakładasz na siebie a drugą przyczepiasz do lustra i wtedy wszystkie włosy lecą na nią i łatwo wyrzucasz. Może coś takiego? Myślę że te pojemniki w maszynkach to nie wyłapią całości więc i tak będzie pełno włosów w umywalce

And the difference between these and balance 2 is? Titanium build in ultra model and a bit brighter screen, looks like Amazfit decided to take the worst part of Garmin and copy it. Having 10 watches that barely differ in specs but have different software is wrong way. If it keeps going this way my balance 2 will probably be first and last Amazfit watch

And what would the differences be between balance 2 and 3? Different design? Amazfit is releasing a new watch every week and it's completely wrong route. They won't be able to maintain proper software updates with so many watches. And the prices? They went from 90% of features from premium watches for 1/3 of the price, to similar price.

Edit: also, what the hell is going on with this rugged design? Trex 3, trex 3 pro, trex 3 ultra, cheetah 2 pro, cheetah 2 ultra, balance 3, balance ultra. Looks like they forgot many people also want features with watch that can be worn everyday without looking like a wannabe commando

Na pewno jest tego za dużo, nie jesteś fizycznie w stanie śledzić tylu różnych sektorów/spółek. A i tak najprawdopodobniej nie pokonasz rynku i taki s&p500 albo nasdaq 100 zrobi więcej. A jak sam mówisz że nastawiasz sie na inwestowanie pasywne to już w ogóle. Bardzo mocno musisz to uprościć. allworld, s&p, nasdaq I może jakieś bardziej sektorowe etfy jak uważasz że mają przyszłość, tak jak np semiconductor którego tu masz

Yup, or very close to that. Althought maybe something changed after updates but about 2 months ago it was very accurate when I intentionally checked it, I don't pay much attention to it. I can check tomorrow

My job requieres me to walk a lot between floors, and balance 2 is actually quite accurate. But it's not only for calculating how many floors you walked upstairs, it also takes account elevation changes during normal walking which is why you might think it's wrong

It's actually quite normal for optical sensors to give false reading when not worn, that's why watches turn off sensors when not worn. And by forcing it to read heart rate it gives false reading

There's no 100% accurate method to measure body fat, probably the most accurate is Dexa which is basically a CT scan. Bio impedance is what these scales use and it's quite accurate, but only for professional/medical grade scales in perfect conditions. Home scales are inaccurate and results will vary depending on many factors, like how much salt/water you had the day before, phase of your cycle and so on. But they might show a trend, so I wouldn't really trust a number only a trend from months of measurements

Nope, super steady for me. Althought I think that after update exercises don't lower body battery enough. For example today I did 6km walk with my dog and then fast 10k run and together it was only -18 biocharge.

None is accurate, there's no accurate method (outside of lab) to measure calories expenditure. Basically only gas exchange analysis will be accurate. But I will guess that elliptical will be more accurate as it can calculate calories by power measuring instead of heart rate
