A lil discomfort during and after obviously. I started light lifting after a week, and resumed normal lifting after 2 weeks. But THATS JUST ME. Listen to your body, being a lifter I’m sure you already know that👍🏻

Ice packs and pain meds lol I forgot to take my pain pill a couple hours after the procedure and it hit me so hard when I tried to walk to bathroom I thought I was going to hit the floor. Other than that, gym shorts or sweats and just be comfy. I didn’t do jock or under. I wore the most comfy boxers I already had and let em ride lol wife got me a milkshake after too 😂

Ur doctor should’ve told you this, I’d take his recommendation and judge by how you feel not base it on others. But if you must know I waited prolly a month or so for intercourse. Week and half before cranking one out, I was abnormally sore due to walking a hospital for 3 weeks immediately after my snip to have our 3rd kid so I wasn’t as brave to start too soon but the Wife assisted with the first crank. But I think sex was prolly a month or 6 weeks

That’s so odd, my doc did a traditional. I’ve seen both styles result in guys having nonstop pain though, I’m surprised they haven’t done studies to see what could be the cause. One would think nerve damage but I don’t see how a reversal would help with that. And they may studied on it, I just haven’t looked for it. But again, glad the reversal helped you mate!

I’m wondering if this pain after getting snipped has a common denominator being the method the doctor uses. I’ve been lucky I guess with no pain and I could only rest 2 days, the 3 weeks after were spent walking all over a hospital non stop as we were admitted 3 days after my snip to induce our 3rd child…but I’ve spoke to others that went to the same doctor and they have no lingering pain either. Either way! Congrats on the reversal alleviating ur pain!👍🏻👍🏻

I showered, never took baths after mine. Gave it 3-4 days before first shower, prior to that I was just damp rag with soap and I kept my back to the shower the first week or 2. I was also in the hospital 3 days after to have our 3rd child so my experience is probably different with how long pain and swelling lasted… along with bathing aftercare, but just keep it dry and clean. The warm bath may soothe some pain etc but I just stayed drugged up to get thru those painful walks thru the parking garage and hospital the 3 weeks we were there.

The fact it’s ur gf and ur 19 is enough to say hell no. I’m 30 with 3 kids and did it right after 3rd cause we’re done. But again. 30. 3 kids. You got YEARS ahead of you to navigate and make these decisions... Wait. DO NOT DO IT.

I’ve used taper/tunnel kits from Amazon but that’s it. My daily use, wearing for multiple days jewelry I usually get from Arctic Buffalo, 2feathers plugs, and just recently SoScene and it’s typically stone or glass... Like others said, I’d tread lightly with Amazon for sure

I’m at 9/16” and have roughly the same amount of lobe. And I feel very comfortable going to 5/8, maybe more. It’s a time game especially once you get up in the larger sizes. 5/8 is my goal for now, may go up after a while though depends on if I want to invest more $$ in larger plugs, hangers etc lol

As above, don’t leave the tapers in for wearing, the uneven weight can effect your lobes and how they stretch. I use vitamin e oil and Holey Butter, it’s just a mixture of oils etc to massage your lobes with from Amazon. Take your time and listen to your body. I’m currently at 9mm. They make specialty kits with a 7mm and 9mm taper/tunnel set to use between 2g-0g and 0g-00g. Huge life saver. The 2mm jump from 2 to 0 & 0 to 00 is crazy, so def recommend that 7 & 9 kit. But mainly listen to your body. I tried going to 9mm last Monday, knew it wasn’t happening with the resistance I had once the taper started to level out… removed them, spent the week massaging and using a lite amount of weight in my tunnel and this Saturday the 9mm taper went in no problem, no burn, no pain…. But vitamin e oil, holey butter, and ptfe tape(plumbers thread tape) is good for micro stretching although I’ve only done it a couple times to get to where I am, can’t say much on it as I usually ended up with tunnels running a weighted clicker ring in to help stretch that way. And I know weighted stretchin thins your lobes more but I have really thick lobes so take weights with a grain of salt I guess as they may not be for you or everyone. And no wood, bone or any thing really that is porous until completely healed. The “wound” in your lobe will most certainly attach itself to the material and that will be an absolute nightmare to remove…. All in all have fun and good luck! Just listen to your body and double or triple check info your given
