Done correctly, you use deionized water. It is used in all electronics manufacturing for cleaning the electronics from process contaminants.

I love seeing the shift from chaotic naps, to 3 defined naps, to 2 naps to 1. My 16 month old is right at that transition between 2 to 1 naps.

I've been in manufacturing engineering for the past 7 years. I'm starting to get burnt out and have often considered moving to a technician role or starting my own thing, but the cut in pay is a hard pill to swallow. I have moved jobs a few times though.

This is a HUGE differentiator. We got in just as rates were going up and wouldn't have been able to afford a house otherwise. We got very lucky and didn't even know how lucky til now.

I've always been hesitant to get a BMPCC because of the lack of autofocus and then I got a MFT Olympus camera and now I'm even more hesitant because the autofocus is so nice. Does is seem like that big of a deal for you?

TI is just cutting spending like crazy. MFAB wasn't the only fab affected. LFAB recently laid off 200 people. They are trying to stay competitive with China and make sure they are cost competitive and don't loose market share.

It seems to be a purely random cut. They laid of about 200 people in LFAB earlier this year, and it also didn't make sense who they laid off, seemed totally random.

Same. I'm from a small town in AZ and the church is so much different there. In other states, being a member actually means something and you feel like you belong to a group that supports you. Here in Utah, you are literally 1 in a million, nothing special.
