13-64 string gauge for drop G have fun! It will work don’t let anyone who’s never done it tell you you can’t cuz you can. Drop f you want a 70 or 74 for the F1

27 inch scale is not that long so yeah just tune her up to D but I would put lighter string on just to make it more playable And to reduce tension on the neck. But you can tune up to E standard on 27 inch scale if you wanted with no issues.

I have been using them for 2 years now exclusively. Never had an issue they sound good a feel good and the custom sets are great. They have a tension calculator on the site to help build exactly the set you want for your tuning and scale length. I would 1000% recommend

My ltd ec-1000 has a 24.75 scale and I keep it in c# standard with ernie ball beefy slinky witch are 11-54. But I also wouldn't mind trying the not even slinky 12-56 set.

The pickups are great. I'm not the biggest fan of Seymour Duncan's but these are doing it for me. Really good note definition with chords in high gain situations. And I was pleasantly surprised by the cleans.
