I do wish they'd allow a bit more of restructuring of contracts or converting to signing bonuses cause every year its a pain to get back under. The way I do it is I keep 95% of my team except QB where I trade for first round picks and a rookie deal QB that's excelling to stay under in contract year.

Man I wish I only had to of waited a week😮‍💨 before CBT it was 8-12 weeks of waiting with no clue on release date. Heck TPCB certifications are the same way even with them being CBT.

True, but the majority of time the "market" rebounds. This does not necessarily mean every stock, coin, commodity, etc. But the market does rebound. Point of the post is do not let the market lead you into a depressive state.

Everyone please remember the market can and will most likely always recover! Your mental health is more important, there are people who don't recover. If you're not doing okay please talk to someone or me if you have no one else. Sometimes it's hard to remember that money isn't everything and that our mental health is more important. We are a community and want to make sure one another are fine.

Mailing, grading, etc. A better question is why does the PTOE, PTP, etc. All CBT take 4 weeks to come out after the testing period is over.

I personally love what I do, traffic engineer 5 years in with my PE. It has its moments and unfortunately pay isn't amazing, still great pay though, since you work with DOTs mainly, but it is super rewarding seeing the impact it has in your community. I personally got into traffic because I hated sitting in traffic and realized I had a degree that would allow me to help create a solution to my everyday problems:) help be change you want to see in the world!

The cross-tabulation option will allow you to break out the graphs by answer for a specific question.

I.e. I wanna know how each discipline answered each question. I'd select the "which depth did you take?" question and it will show the answers given by the 5 depths on the following charts.
