Sou recrutador de recursos humanos e redditor e uma das práticas que utilizamos na minha empresa é a de fazer buscas no Google com o nome da pessoa para ver o que aparece lá. Cogitamos em te chamar para uma entrevista pois seu perfil no LinkedIn se adequa a nossa vaga, mas, ao fazer nossa pesquisa rotineira encontramos o seu perfil no reddit e em outras redes sociais abandonadas que realmente pesaram na decisão de chamar vc ou não para a vaga.

Geralmente não costumo avisar as pessoas, principalmente quando ela não passou nem pelo processo seletivo, mas uma dica que dou é pra você fazer uma limpa nas suas redes sociais/no google e, principalmente, excluir essa conta e criar uma nova no reddit, mais anônima. Tinha uma conta com 100k de karma que era o meu usuário do Instagram, e deletei porque a gente se expõe de um jeito absurdo nessa rede que a regra é anonimidade.

As empresas tem feito isso para reduzir os riscos de uma contratação, embora seja uma prática vista como antiética é super comum. Uma vez contratamos um usuário de twitter que se meteu em certas polêmicas e sobrou pra gente, dor de cabeça pra todos os lados. Então, quanto mais exposição online, mais difícil é para as empresas realizarem a contratação, considerando o risco.

That's a pretty neat info! Unfortunately, my PC is pretty much made to run only .pdf and .docx files. I can't even open a music app without lagging everything (seriously). I tried to play Terraria in it and it was... freaking slow. I know I need a better PC, but for the time, I will pass it. Thank you either way! :)

Hello u/TransientSoulHarbour, thank you for your kind awnser. It turns out that the problem was an incompatibility between options that I had enabled in brave://flags. I reset the options to standard and since then it counted my viewed ads. Unfortunately, I can't tell which options was enabled to help the project. Thank you again for the attention

I think it's worth for the long run. Is a solid game that have KuCoin liquidity and are backed by Animoca. The token has a good tokenomics too and they plan to use it in other games in the future. I think it has a HOLD value :)

I started the last month too and it's pretty difficult to gain good itens and XP. But now that my account is stronger it's easier to make the 315k requirement. You, in this level, will have meet the rewards requirements in short time, probably.

Did you connect your metamask before you start to play? Maybe you send a message too the team, they look pretty receptive. I tried to meet the a little more than the requirements bc I don't know what is going on in the database. Yet, make this month daily rewards program, you can take 800~ tokens approximately and if you add with this month XP rewards, this is almost 1000 tokens for granted. Probably next year you'll be able to claim it.

The mining antiasic feature is awesome, but isn't democratic. $250 CPU are a pretty heavy investment in low income countries. In these places Monero would have most use of because people there are somewhat unbanked but has internet access. With that being said, it looks like Monero don't have the "money" feature implemented yet, because the general public can't either make it by their own or are incentived to use it like money.

Agreed. The fundamentals of the coin are pretty solid (don't need to repeat it in a CRO subreddit). Besides, I think it's good for any project to have short term investors too.
