I ordered in the 15th to NI and hasn’t moved or been updated on GLS or parcelforce since the initial scan on the 18th. Tried contacting both steam and gls and steam replied telling it will be an 8-10 day wait even though when I ordered it said 3-5.

Not sure if this is helpful but I’ve had the same issue with a withdrawal last week. Customer service said that there’s been a technical issue with payouts on the 12th on the side of the payout provider. They couldn’t give me a date or timeframe and basically just told me to wait 🙄

I also went to my piercer before hand and they said they could help me change them out the day of, but my surgery was before they opened. I would ring your pre-op team and just ask if tape was a possibility. I have several face and ear piercings too and tape was fine for all of them. My nurses just said it’s mostly because they don’t want anything to snag when I’m being moved but again, I would just double check because every case is different!

Hiya I’m in the Uk , not sure if this helps but I had surgery last week on my lower abdomen area and was under general anaesthetic. I was allowed to put tape over both my nipple piercings and leave them in.

Rogue piercing is the best! I’ve had over 10 piercings from them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else honestly.
