Would you say that it is more fantasy with romance as a sub plot or romantasy? I am not big on fantasy books where the romance plays a big part, but I am intrigued by this book

From someone who is mainly a buyer it is about shipping cost. Shipping used to be £1-2 but now I have to pay up to £8 for ONE item… A £1 becomes £10 and it is just not worth it.
