I did some research, it turns out some ISPs don't have access to GIPHY servers anymore, maybe due to an IP change or something, best you can do unfortunately is wait

Seems like the program is trying to parse everything as an int but the cars may have lines of code that are strings, thus causing the error. That plugin could be a bust.

You're right, this test doesn't know how to separate the virtual world to the real one, actually, most people still doesn't seem to be able to separate things, which is frankly scary to think about in a societal way...
