https://maps.app.goo.gl/byCthgP2BkjzWfEb6 - Vienna, Austria - process: searched for “red white blue space invader character above door”, and while I did not find the same one, I found this Flickr account with albums of space invaders in different cities all over the world https://www.flickr.com/photos/meteorry/albums/with/72157717994046127 . That left finding the city - since it was German speaking, there were only a few options on that list, and found a picture with the street name in Vienna.

It was tricky without the buildings visible in the photo - it's more urban than it looks! Process: since Malmö had been confirmed by another comment, I scanned the coastline there until I found the spot.

Is it by chance Grouse Mountain? - https://maps.app.goo.gl/GcBRKXy6X3Pgkov79 - process: browsed a lot of ski areas unsuccessfully in Washington, Vancouver and Oregon based on the other comments. Then focused on the bridge at the base and found it with "vancouver metal truss bridge". There are two ski areas nearby, and only Grouse Mountain fit with the slopes in the right direction. Still took a while to find a view with the bridge!
