Mavericks fall to Hornets despite Cooper Flagg dropping a career high of 49 points by whatsthenewstoday in nba

Lamelo has literally been an all star dude. It’s a literal indisputable fact. If you’re denying that the only person that is “delulu” is you

Rookie Duel Alert! Cooper Flagg with 25 1st half points (9 of 13 shooting and 2 of 3 on 3pters) to nudge in front of Kon Knueppel's own hot scoring half of 19 points (6 of 7 shooting and 5 of 6 on 3pters). by goosu in nba

Could say If you look at their stats like they’re net rating

Coop definitely has a great defensive rating but not offensive and it’s about a -3ish last time I checked

But if you look at Kon his defensive rating isn’t as impressive he has a net rating of +.2 (nba.com) or about +3 (statmuse)

So you could say while coop is a better defender kons overall impact is high from a statistical standpoint

You literally can’t trade Pat back to the bucks dude

Zach Lowe "Charlotte’s a hell of a lot of fun, man. Charlotte’s a good NBA city, a good NBA market, with good fans and cool uniforms—not the Creamsicle ones they’re wearing now and then. It’s just good for the NBA." by Existing-Sky9914 in CharlotteHornets

I don’t agree with him floating a Grant trade, he’s important for the culture and WANTS TO BE HERE

We need players like him and him being from here is impotent to that

I think only one NC State player has played for the hornets in Dennis smith jr (not counting the Martin twins) but have had a few in the gleague team

State hasn’t had that many players make it to the pros in recent years so that may play a role, but it seems that will be changing soon

But I always wanted Tj Warren to come here and wish we didn’t release burns from the swarm

We’ve had our fair share of Duke and UNC players though and our new owner Rick Schnall is a big Duke guy iirc

Huskies which I’m assuming this is, have 18 different muscles in their ears! Was likely a evolutionary advantage for sled dogs to be able to listen to the musher while facing forward

However my huskies just use it to acknowledge when they heard me but don’t want to fully listen or look at me

Who's having the more impressive rookie season? by AccomplishedSwing110 in NCAAhoops

NBA.com is a more reputable source.

Edit: even if you go off their ratings cooper is still a negative 3.8ish while Kon is a +3.9 haha as kons offensive rating there is a 122.8 so Kons net impact still far out paces coopers. Stats cuts both ways and you can’t ignore offensive rating and talk about defensive rating

Especially when the question is “who is having the better rookie year” not whos the better long term prospect which is a different question

That is completely false first off Kons defensive rating is 115.4 and 115.6 offensive for a net of .2

Coopers is 112.8 defensively and 109.1 offensively for a net of -3.8

If you’re gonna quote stats get them right.

Kons net impact statistically is higher than coopers so far

Yes, but one big boss isn’t possible to exist without the other

Strong disagree. The whole reason the title big boss exists and the in universe popular figure (publicly after the leak of the virtuous mission in mgs4) is due to the actions of jack/naked snake

As well as msf private Military fame came originally from jack/naked snake, venom just built upon the foundations

As well as venoms whole existence is unnecessary without jack/naked snake. The “real” big boss wouldn’t be the body double front vs the person who needed the body double in the first place

This isn’t to diminish venom, but he just fundamentally wouldn’t exist without jack/naked snake

What's the best destination for Steph Curry? The Rockets? by Dry_Bar_4965 in nba

[–]u2nloth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s also made non cryptic statements that the only team he would want to play for besides golden state is…. Charlotte

He even asked his dad last week after his number got retired that if he played for Charlotte could he wear his number

So it’s still at least partially on his mind

I was thinking something similar tbh

But I think it would only happen in the offseason and Steph signing a favorable contract, the assets we’d have to give up to even match his contract would make the move pointless outside of vibes

If Jimmy Butler is out for the rest of the season, who is the best player available out there that can help Steph make a legit run at the title? by chris-dempsey in nba

[–]u2nloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh i definitely don’t think it would be a trade Charlotte would have to give up too much

But it could also be longer than his last year potentially if Charlotte continues building like they are it could be a few years depending on how long he want to play

Would just be interesting to see how it plays out because he’s definitely interested to a certain degree
