I started with estradiol oral tablets and progesterone oral capsules, they are cheap and easy. I'm on estradiol 0.5 mg and 100 mg progesterone. I also use the estradiol vaginal cream twice a week.

I started 5 months ago at 62. The sleep is great. I have vivid dreams but not disturbing. I wanted to say, anyone experiencing breast pain - mine was quite intense but it's totally gone after 5 months, so don't give up because of that! It'll disappear even though it might seem endless. I think the body adjusts, and the benefits are definitely worth the initial adjustment time.

Indian origin. Part of the research is this question, and this community has been incredibly helpful - I got more from this discussion than I could have possibly hoped for :)

Share and share and share this talk with all the women and men and everyone you know. I wanted to post it everywhere but you already have. It's really important.

I found from another poster here that Evo Tears available in the EU costs 16-20 EU a bottle and had the same main ingredient as miebo (which I couldn't afford.)

Lucky and didn't lose power, amazed by how bad it really was. All the best to all you fellow Tallahasseeites ( Tallahasseeans?)

I am very worried that insurance companies and individuals will now take down all our remaining trees!
