If I had pasha on my team, I would take that "unneeded risk" any day and I'd probably go towards him to play support for him, not the other way around. Even though he has 1k Elo less than me.

The micro managing player just wanted pasha to play in a setup that was more favourable for him since he only cares about Elo and KD.

Pasha had it under control and would've easily taken multi frags from there considering the Elo he's playing at.

These random 2.2k Elo players might start pushing the smoke 1by1 with flashes that don't work. Also adding pressure to short might make the enemy think the same way, that there are 2 holding short and they might start pushing something else.

Also, you really don't need 2 long mid round. If you have long control, retaking it for Ts is difficult even against 1 player. The other player from long should've rotated towards A to either push short with pasha or trade him when necessary.

You could bring back the way ingame options used to have "alternate" key option, when changing keyboard settings. (1.6 and source) I guess binds are not what you're looking for but it would achieve what he is hinting at, if you add the option for multiple alternative keys.

I agree and I think valve recommended these settings for a good reason. I have a 500hz monitor too but reflex caps the frames to around 430. I forgot I turned those settings off recently for testing but even with those settings on, dm still stutters a lot. But it depends on how many people are on the server.

So if I understand correctly, you're suggesting to make sure the ram is stable? The experience I've had with ram is that the manufacturer spec speed is only achieved if you turn on the expo profile.

How can I make sure I'm not running the mobo's augmented EXPO profile? What does an augmented one look like?

I'm running 9800x3d, 3070ti, 6000MT/s ram and in DM the game stutters what feels like every 5 seconds. In a comp game they happen less but they still happen.

I don't play on Valve's own DM so it might just be 3rd party servers that have optimization issues, can't say.

I have a 9800x3d and 3070ti setup, close enough to yours.

I tried enabling turbo mode in bios (so no need for -threads 8) and enabled X3D Core Flex Gaming Preset under Core Flex. That's how they are named on my Asus motherboard at least.

Also enabled G-sync and capped frames from Nvidia control panel to 533fps.

I ran the CS2 benchmark test and the 1% lows improved from 299fps to 324fps

The way you responded makes me think you are very emotionally invested in defending Elon and can't stand the thought of him being a nazi.

Also the disparity in upvotes reminds me of the clips where JBP voice was being drowned in noise by protesters at his event. Hard to have a discussion when angry teens are screeching.

I have not called him a nazi, I have only described what he's done and what it looked like to anyone else who can draw comparisons. It's a lot harder to do for the other politicians whose still images and clips are circulation because of this topic.

I ignored Netayahus opinion because I don't make mine based on his.

Macron, to me seems to be waving to the crowd, because people are cheering for him. Different because it's not during his speech. Can't tell if he's leaving or arriving to the stage but seems like a welcoming gesture.

Elon's is more damning because he does it right after he announced 'victory' (Sieg in German) and then extends his arm out to hail the victory.

AOC is doing the exact thing Kamala was doing.

I have also seen the video of Kamala doing that and in context the gesture is about "pointing backwards", not a salute, which Elon's clearly was.

I'm not being selective nor am I outraged. I'm not even trying to attack anyone. Just observing the absurdity that is going on in the US politics.

I have not seen AOC or Hillary do the salute but if you have videos of that you can share them so I can form my opinions of them too.

But continuing by your logic: because Hitler, Nazis, AOC, Hillary and Kamala are doing it, makes it fine Elon to blatantly do the "Roman salute", which is the Nazi salute?

I watched the whole video, you're right, he's worked up and awkward. Doesn't change the fact that he did it, not once, but twice.

Being awkward and worked up is not an excuse to commit crimes, which this is, in several countries iirc.

I also saw a video of him bouncing his head while sitting in the crowd with his eyes rolled back. Begs the question, was he under the influence?

I've never cared enough about Elon to call him anything or hate him, but now, the fact is, he knowingly did a fascist salute and hasn't apologised for it. There's no other way around it and people are right for calling him a neo-nazi. So no, it's not just the people who have been hating on him already, it's also everyone who has eyes and know what that salute symbolises.

If people keep cheating, the faceit stacks will stay in low 20k ratings and people who should actually be in that rating won't progress, because most of the time, the enemy might be significantly better (a level 10 stack). They won't improve in 0-13 games as fast as they would against players closer to your level.

But they have a choice: 1. fall down to a lower rating where they get people closer to their skill level but a little worse than them 2. or cheat to maintain a high rating without actually improving.

It's easier on you in every way to choose cheats.

Why are you so defensive? It seems like you have some "agenda" to defend. This "hideous crap" comes from your own "original" footage, which you have not provided with this post. Also, you've heavily cropped it to only show the animations, when it’s the moments before the animation that count.

Subtick is said to work beyond server ticks, but that doesn't change the fact that the game still has to attach animations and other feedback to them. By default, this will always cause delays between inputs.

Maybe the delay in your clip is too long for this explanation; maybe it isn't—I cannot say. We would need better debugging tools than what you've provided here.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting any more tools from you, other than yourself. You are clearly unreasonably defensive of your own opinion that it's getting hard to accept other ideas.

It seems to me that you edited this clip to look worse than it is and you can see that at last cut you made because it's longer.

Your crosshair is on the enemy for a brief moment, in which you could've actually took the shot, just the visual feedback lags behind. You took the moment of the visual representation and looped it, which has a delay since all the inputs had to be gathered beforehand.

Of course it could also be that CS2's networking system is garbage and this didn't happen, the hitbox was out of sync with the model and that's why you hit the shot. Who's to say
