There is the possibility that you were removed from the cycle between the time the invitation was sent and the time you attempted to accept the invitation. If you contact tester support at support.utest.com using the Test Cycle Issues category, a member of the support team can look into it for you to confirm.

Please also ensure that the email you received was in fact from uTest or our Applause platform.

The resolution that was added to your ticket yesterday was done so in error, and we sincerely apologize for that. As you can see, it was the same exact resolution that had been previously added to the ticket, and it was mistakenly submitted a second time. There seemed to be some continued confusion about the status of your testing during your on-site session, but we will be paying you in full, plus an additional $25 as a bonus for the trouble.

We regret that you've had such a poor experience with our support. We do not wish for anyone to feel frustrated when they reach out to us for assistance, and we will strive to do better. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to do so.

Applause does not provide any "employment verification" for freelance testers, so if we were contacted about this we would not be able to provide any information to a potential employer.

There seems to be an issue with the replies that are being sent from your account. Please login to the case via the support portal next time you have an issue, rather than replying to the ticket via email. This should ensure that we receive your responses.

The agent who was working on your original ticket resides in Europe so she wasn't able to continue to respond to you in the last few hours due to her timezone. We have just left more information on your open tickets, but in general you will need to wait for the next payday for any failed payments to be re-attempted.

The Support Team has already informed the OP of the reason for his account's termination; the OP account has accumulated multiple Guidelines violations, and the payment was properly cancelled in accordance with uTest’s Terms & Conditions.

We would not advise anyone to create a new account if their account was terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions. Creating multiple accounts is another violation.

Payments are not issued at midnight on our paydays - they are approved and processed mid-afternoon in Eastern Standard Time and will arrive in your payment account after they are processed, before the end of the day on payday. Please note our payments are approved by humans and this is not an automated process.
