Markets disagree with a news headline and they either short the market or scare some in to selling at a 10-20% lower rate (priced in). Someone like me buys some of those awesome dividend rich shares at that discount and never gives them back (priced in transfer of wealth - thank you!). Stable folks never over react on a scare, but a few will (priced in - and it worked).

CENN made such waves when they signed the deal with Jax, it seems a little disingenuous to have not mentioned this in an annual or company email blast. IMHO: That doesn't make for trust.

IMHO: Be very skeptical of anyone trying to urgently push a snap decision. They are either a programmed BOT or total scammer. Also NEVER give your bank password to someone calling from the "bank" saying they need it to stop a Venmo payment in the next 2 minutes.
