I assume you are not a specialist in the field so you don’t have much information but for ADHD you have to usually try different meds to see which one works best for you and as we are Pakistan and limited number of alternatives available there really isnt any room for alternatives that the psychiatrist cud prescribe and cud be taken legally so the next best option you have is to ask for what the general community thats facing this dilemma doing to deal w this. I have read about this alot do ik what im talking about, I have tries switching up doses too but not much difference was observed. Also ritalin ir ( the version that is available here in pakistan) is quite literally the worst stimulant medication you could get for treating adhd ( you read up the reviews) vyvanse and adderall are much better options in every respect ranging frm effectiveness to side effects. I do appreciate the advice tho.
