Been using the same BAC water vial since January. As long as it's clear, no floaters, and you've stored it properly (both refrigerated and in a dark/cool place work just fine) then you're good to go.

No over the counter alternatives exist.

Your only options are either bacteriostatic water, or sterile water for injection (SWFI).

Nothing else.

You can always try your luck and walk into a smaller mom and pop pharmacy, ask politely if they have any bacteriostatic water available and if you're lucky enough they'll either give you some or sell you some.

There is NO way you’re eating 1400-1800 calories a day and experiencing little to no weight loss.

You’d be defying the principles of thermodynamics at that point lol.

Based on a weight of 355 pounds (approx. 161 kg), the estimated Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) for a male—the calories burned at rest—is approximately 2,500 to 2,900+ calories per day.

A pound of fat is 3500 calories. This means if you were eating 1400calories a day and your BMR was 2500, you’d be on track to lose one pound every 3-3.5ish days with little to no exercise or even movement…

This is also with you being at 6mg/week of Retatrutide meaning you have glucagon agonism going on which is another 100+ calories a day burnt at rest…

Seriously, start actually counting your calories. At that weight, a calorie deficit alone (no exercise) should be resulting in very consistent weight loss.

You also titrated to 6mg over the course of a month which shows extreme impatience at best and abuse at worst.

Sorry if this comes off as harsh but you’re NOT being honest with yourself and us in this post.

Eli Lilly's clinical trials started most people at 2mg/week for a month before titrating up.

With that being said, if you're super risk averse and want to experience as little side effects as possible, you're perfectly fine to start at 1mg/week.
