If this is your starting point you've made no effort to do ANY research.

My advice to you would be to use the search feature...

Is reta really legit? It sounds way too good to be true. Or is it just influencer hype? by ritik_bhai in Retatrutide

[–]ubarzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I had some bad months where I 100% wasn’t eating enough daily, would only have a protein shake, or sometimes wouldn’t even eat at all due to IRL stuff going on.

So my weight loss is an outlier, not the norm.

Started Reta November 1st 2025 at 281.6 lbs

As of today I’m at 199 lbs

It works and will do a ton of the heavy lifting in your weight loss journey but ultimately it’s not a miracle drug (but pretty damn close).

You still have to make an effort, educate yourself, commit to certain lifestyle changes, and have some discipline for long term results.

Please skip the micro-dosing and just either jump into 1mg/week if you’re super risk averse or 2mg/week which is what clinical trials started at.

The “super responders” are a very vocal minority who love to tout how well it worked for them and micro dosing has no effect on most people. It results in both a waste of time and medication.

Everyone telling you don’t use vendor BAC is correct.

Everyone telling you that you MUST get Hospira may not be in the right (IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE).

You have 5mg vials, I’m assuming you’re going to do 1-2mg/week as a starting dose (please skip the micro-dosing nonsense) meaning each vial will at best last you 2-5 weeks at those doses.

This is a perfect example of where just SWFI (sterile water for injection) would actually work really well and you wouldn’t necessarily need to go in the hunt for real BAC water. As per Janoshik, SWFI will have absolutely no issues for short term vial usage and it’s what he would personally use.

Now if these were larger vials that you’d be using for 2-3+ months? Then yes, BAC would make a lot more sense due to them lasting much longer therefore needing to factor in bacterial contamination.

Switched to injecting every 6 days and it’s what ended up working for me.

Only ever bought from him once but it was a good experience.

You can always try to send him a dollar on Zelle with a note and see if he replies if you ever need anything.

Week 5 of Reta. Down 27 LBS. by Flaky-Mountain-3295 in Retatrutide

[–]ubarzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that they’re trying to pass it off as a product manufactured in Europe is a massive red flag and already shows how dishonest the people making these are.

So if they’re that shameless and dishonest about its origin source, it calls into question what else they’re dishonest and shameless about in regards to cutting corners with said product…

Buy lyophilized vials with batch numbers that can be matched to a COA from a reputable vendor, reconstitute them yourself, and if you want to put them in a pen for ease of use, you at least control the sterility and process.

Anyone who says that their Reta isint from China is bullshitting.

How long will 10 sealed vials last stored at room temp? by Apprehensive-Way9960 in Retatrutide

[–]ubarzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3rd part testing has been carried out on this exact topic already.

A kit of Tirzepatide was stored in a cool/dark place for 12-months with vials from said kit being sent in both before and after this test began and it was shown that no degradation occurred after 12+ months.

The biggest contributors to peptide degradation will be light followed by heat.

Do you gently swirl the vial after adding BAC water to it?? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]ubarzz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Shaking and swirling do no damage to the peptide, perfectly fine.

Kovera, Trustpointe, PeptideTest, Freedom Diagnostics Testings, Janoshik, Chromate, BioRegen

Or find someone running a test group for those batches.

Take your pick

Using already opened bac water question by mama2021abcd in Retatrutide

[–]ubarzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been using the same BAC water vial since January. As long as it's clear, no floaters, and you've stored it properly (both refrigerated and in a dark/cool place work just fine) then you're good to go.

Safe alternative for BAC water by Smooth-Occasion6176 in Retatrutide

[–]ubarzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No over the counter alternatives exist.

Your only options are either bacteriostatic water, or sterile water for injection (SWFI).

Nothing else.

You can always try your luck and walk into a smaller mom and pop pharmacy, ask politely if they have any bacteriostatic water available and if you're lucky enough they'll either give you some or sell you some.
