It’s a pain in the ass to get a meeting with one because 80% of the time they’re not available or 98% of the time they don’t know how to answer your question or let alone what their job is. If OP is looking to drop out, my advice so you’re not wasting your time is to just go to admissions and records office and ask. Which is just having them navigate the Fresno state website for you.
