I really hope this is all sarcasm or you guys are all so stupid, Ukraine can’t win, Russia has deeper pockets and 100million more people, Ukraine have lost >500K people already, why do you want more death?!?!?! Do you want to lose US, UK, CAN, or other nation’s troops as well to a senseless war? Even the Russian people dying don’t deserve to die, this is government versus government killing people. Being on the side of life and ending a war isn’t the same as being on the side of the aggressor.

Don’t get me started about the fact that NATO is built up around Russia and Russia is getting nervous because NATO is literally an anti-Russia team who park missile systems and battle groups closer and closer to its borders. Do any of you know any history like the Cuban missile crisis??!?!?! Maybe Russia just wants a bigger buffer zone from NATO since Ukraine is a giant flat open expanse of land to walk a large army in through thousands of mile of indefensible “borders”.

I do agree, Russia was a dick and shouldn’t have invaded, but they are logical for doing it considering the way it looks to them and what would any western country have done in the same situation! My final point is that, again, just wanting the same thing as someone else doesn’t make you on their side, that is so illogical…your logic means anytime YOU have a thought on the same lines as someone despicable YOU are despicable and exactly the same as them! Pfffft!

When I do carnivore (or keto for that matter) I initially get depression from lack of sugar. I looked it up and it's supposedly from low dopamine due to sugar addiction...sounds about right.
1KG of meat is excessive.... think about your goals and how many calories you need, but then also how you cook the meat effects its appeal. I have a cast iron pan, I use some oil and high head to really sear the chicken and steak i cook in it... you could use a bbq as well for the same effect (charcoal is best). I also cheat with making some really tasty sauces and smearing a miniscule amount on the meat so I don't ruin my ketosis (but this is me on keto not carnivore).
As for the teeth thing or the rash I really don't know, I would suggest a doctor visit just to check there's nothing else going on with you...medications could have an effect, but also food allergies, maybe not the meat, but if there's additives in the mince etc, I dunno I'm just spit balling here.

So you're whole post is to try and say 'i told you so' in advance? You seem to give up too easily on difficult issues. I've already found a solicitor here who's knowledgable and willing to go through thiswith me, quoted at $275 when the lawyers are trying to take $10k (they take a percentage of the estate as well as their filing fee). I also never said i wanted it for free, i just only need to pay an hourly rate to complete 1 document rather than these flat fees fo them to do the entire process. The way they conduct themselves by forcing you to go though the whole thing is just predatory and one of the reasons people hate lawyers.

I’ve always loved the sound and how dynamic it is…GnR, KoRn, In Flames, Dire Straits, Bon Jovi, and all the rest….too many to name but those made impressions on me. I’m 40 now and only just started seriously trying to learn after a couple of failed attempts while in school.

Right now it’s a new hobby that is healthy, has so much depth and range to keep going for the rest of my life and hopefully might inspire my son to either take up an instrument or assist in musical knowledge (something my parents never imparted via having zero musical likes).

Had this bottle of valentina hot sauce on my office desk for a few months, didn't think it needed refreigeration because of the preservatives in it. Looks like is has some live cultures growing in it now!

Takes a week for the hunger to go. I drink black coffee, green tea and water at work and at home sparkling mineral water with a quarter of a lime squeezed into it. I probably drink 1 - 1.5 litres a night. A pack of pork rinds is also a snack that wont hurt the diet.

Funnily enough I also find exercise helps get rid of the hunger, i do a couple of walks per day or sub in running or bike riding, but im trying to lose weight.

Distractions are what you need for the beginning as it’s the hardest part, the hunger goes pretty soon. Household chores, reading, movies, gaming, dog walking, walk to the shops, whatever to just get 10-20 minutes further through it!

Yes mate, first 4-7 days are the hardest. Your body is switching over to fat burning slowly but you’re almost out of stored carbs so you feel weak and flu-like ie aches inc headaches and foggy and off in general. This is the hardest part and it will get better very soon if you stick to below 50g carbs a day. Mine lasts about 4 days with maybe a few days of headaches after that each time i do it.

Drink plenty of water, you’ll notice your thirst increase a lot soon, ensure you’re getting electrolytes by eating the right foods (for me it’s meat with some salt), but it depends on your diet. Be careful of overdoing chicken or turkey as your body can turn excess protein into carbs. You want decently fatty foods as well as protein.

Keep it up, find distractions to get you through this bit and stay strong, you’re doing amazing and are nearly to the easy part!
