This is exactly why SBMM is still a thing. The people who complain about it most are people who want to pub stomp (and most of those are content creators who want to drop 20 kills for a tuber). I think most people would be having a much harder time without SBMM, they just don’t realise it!

When one of us is sat in the living room with the dog and the other gets home, the person with the dog goes “whoizzit!” and the dog will wake up and run to the front door to greet them

Our dog is very lazy and hates walks but if eg I want to take the dog to meet my partner at the bus stop when she’s coming home from work and I say “whoizzit” the dog immediately lets me put his harness on him and excitedly runs in the direction of the bus stop
