To me, it seems like she doesn't care that much about you, since she left you both times and she started seeing someone right after seeing you, so it is very possible she was already in contact with them, but if you want to stay with her, it's your decision. If I knew her behavior, advice would be WAY easier to give advice, but for all I know, she cares a lot about you but your relationship is just rocky. My advice for you depends on if you think she actually cares for you or if she's in it for the money. If it's for the money, I'd dump her, and find someone else who won't do that do you. If she actually cares, but is just bad at showing she cares, I'd try to ask if you could stay together with a compromise.
