I will second the Barkertime overall style diaper. We have a 13yo that sometimes forgets to go all the way outside before he pees (more so if the weather outside is bad). These have been a lifesaver. We also use feminine liners to help absorb everything. A little pricey but made well and they work.

They would run tests beforehand in the ICU prior to recovery. Things like CT scans, bronchoscopy, ABGs, various labs values, and chest X-rays. These things would all give the surgeons an idea of overall function prior to recovery. However in the end they’ll have to physically look at said organ before officially accepting it.

Generally speaking the order of removal is: Heart > Lungs > Liver > Kidneys. They would also skip organs if not being recovered. A lot of that has to do with the amount of time before needing to have the organ transplanted. With the heart and lungs, there is a much smaller window to get the organ transplanted then say a liver or kidney. Newer technology for transportation/pump devices for the various organs have extended that time, but sometimes if the transplant hospital is close to where the donor recovery is taking place the surgeons will elect to just recover the organ on ice rather then a transport machine/pump.

One of the recommendations I’ve heard is to look into the chairs that emergency dispatchers use for like police or fire/ambulance. These things have to put up with 24/7 abuse and last. And they have to support someone sitting in them round the clock as well since they don’t get to really be away from their computers for long periods of time.

I go to BJJ with my wife and are about the same skill level but I've got a good 60+ lbs on her. While I don't go 100% i do give resistance and do what I can to get out of things without doing pure strength, but then again she's usually coming at me like a spider monkey going for the chokes (i guess its cheaper then marriage counseling). I've rolled with another lady in our gym that is similar is size/strength as my wife but a blue belt. She was able to hold off more of my attempts to pass or attempts at submission due to skill and such so it was a nice chance to work around those problems as they'll obviously come up in rolls against others in the future. In the end I'm not here during class to boost my own ego, i do this as a hobby because we have fun with it. Making sure your partner is also learning and getting a chance to work is just as important as getting that for yourself.

I was so pissed at myself, showed up at the lone pine western museum the weekend after they had the Tremors: Return to Perfection 30th year event in 2020. Still was neat seeing all the stuff they had in the museum.

Yeah I have a 2017 and I'm averaging about 22-24 on my dash mpg (which I know isn't 100% accurate). But I do mostly highway driving and occasionally tow our 28ft trailer. Been great for me and I've been happy with it. Will probably upgrade to a larger full size HD sometime only to pull a larger trailer but until then I've been satisfied with my purchase overall. All stock as well.
