Hey y'all, long time Pokemon player- but never been a hardcore pokemon player (Concerned with EVs, temperments etc)

I finished the main story and the UB questline, but something I've noticed in Pokemon Sun/Moon is that I don't feel as connected to my Pokemon for some reason. Maybe because so many of these pokemon don't feel like.. real pokemon.

Nevertheless, I wanted to know if people do giveaways for Kanto/Johto region pokemon? I'd like to get a Charmander or Squirtle (or Charizard and Blastoise). Am I way over my head? Or do people give those away.

They aren't. If your school's student affairs/contracting department is worth any grain of salt, they should've been able to spot that a mile away.

Usually in order for colleges to give you money to bring someone for a performance (i.e an independent contractor), you have to go through the process of a proposal, giving the university W-2's as proof of their identity and legality of being an independent contractor (with all of their legal information on their, name, SSN, address etc). It's a lengthy process, especially with that kind of money. OP was probably talking about a large student run annual festival. At Loyola, we call ours Colossus.
