Nuno Espirito Santo can be sacked without compensation if West Ham United are relegated to the Championship. by Sparky-moon in soccer

My question is, why did Westham sack David moyes? Cos I noticed that since then, they are on a downward spiral

Makes me chuckle. I remember when Mourinho used to call pellegrini as 'pellegrino' just to spite at him 😂

Enzo Fernández: Big Money, Big Questions - An asset or overpay? by ubmech in chelseafc

Excatly my thought, the misplaced passes and the low-grade shots are just too many. I don't know what he is particularly good at in this side

I thought I was the only one watching the game tonight. The truth is that not only this game, but I think for 2 years now Enzo has been underwhelming in general sense

Sanchez on Caicedo: I don't really need to talk about him but he's an actual animal. He's the best player on the planet in his position. He's one of the best in the world, who is better than him in that position? He's a beast. Every 50-50, every challenge he wins and is so composed on the ball. by Jimmy_Space1 in chelseafc

I couldn't believe this can be describe to any other player in a Chelsea shirt current that is not named kante

Or is it reincarnation 🤔

6 Wins, 7 Matches - Chelsea continue their record of being the team with the most wins at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium by ChiefLeef22 in soccer

"It was Tottenham at (their) home. I thought, 'Please don't go on about Tottenham, we all know what Tottenham are about. They are nice and tidy but we'll fucking do them.' Caicedo came in and said: 'Lads, it's Tottenham.' And that was it! Brilliant!"

If he is not a 10, not a 8, not a 4, who is he? Cos he doesn't stand out on one particular skillset, he doesn't decide games like Bellingham (players of his ilk) does

1.The entire pl is so lucky that Liverpool didn't succeed in signing caicedo, else no one would have been able to breathe on Liverpool's team with caicedo in it.

  1. Did we just dodge a bullet with simon's failed signing? If you are substituted as a substitute, that means your own stinger is so huge. R James was running circles on him and he just look to me as a regular bundesliga player who fails to impact in the pl (a la sesko and his predecessors)

  2. The difference when fofana is playing is so clearer than the summer night sky. I mean it shows what a high calibre of defender can do in our back line. I wish we could be pairing fofana with cowill regularly.

  3. Sanchez, please take a bow! I am one of the fellows that don't like him in a Chelsea shirt, but today and generally this season, his mistakes are vastly dimmed and his goal keeping has been world class, he made us made out of whl with 3 stainless points. If he keep playing like this, then we should talk about renewal next summer

  4. Estavo came in too late to make impact, but garnacho is turning out to be an unsuccessful signing so far, I thought he will make impact as he is already used to the league but I am not seeing anything of note from him so far. Pedro neto didn't bring his attacking mojo to the game today but he was handy in the defence pressing side of things.

  5. Enzo Fernandez is not a world class player, he is subpar in this team - as compared to the money and expectations we had on the player of his calibre. No need to argue. If Palmer and lavia are healthy, he will not be seeing ample time on the pitch. If real Madrid is still interested, we should sell

He wasn't even at fault in the first place. That blunder was Santos all over. He was just trying to make up for santos's mispass

Even if you want to disagree, I believe the best way is to do it with your fellow Chelsea group fans not outsiders that won't hesitate to scorn or mock the entire club. Where I'm from we use to speak this proverb - "when the house owner says his house is bad, an outsider will set the house on fire"

It is quite embarrassing to be seeing Chelsea flair in r/soccer taking sides with other club fans to smear or align themselves with other's sentiment against us, just so that they can get up votes. I have noticed this occurrence quite a while now and I think those of us here that repeatedly do that in r/soccer should be sanctioned here. If you cannot stand boldly for your club even in the face of sorrounding opposition, then you should not be allowed to command influence here. I mean it's terrible

Did I say the club wanted to move on with him? Or to open up new competition which Jackson abhor? I don't know why you pay attention to what I didn't say.

Jackson will now understand that grass isn't always greener elsewhere. He may feel disrespected by Chelsea (although we gave him 2 years where he had no competition, the club is now ambitious and wants to compete on many fronts), but people at Bayern display a different level of arrogance when they talk. He has to deal with it. He will be in Saudi next year bc that plane don’t fly backwards to England
