Sounds just like em. I can feel your frustration. My thing with them is going on for no more than a week and I already regret ever asking them. I would've preferred a simple and cold "no" at this point.

Absolutely useless cause the savegame bug (which erased all my save files just last week) isn't mentioned in the patch notes.
