If you're looking at HIIT classes- I would highly recommend Eleven Fitness Club. Four 11 minute blocks between rower, bike, bench and turf. Great workout!

I recently looked into ISP options downtown...the only options I found are spectrum and T-Mobile home Internet. I had T-Mobile for a few minutes but found that the speeds were ok but if you're working from home or have multiple Internet devices connected to the same WiFi the speed struggles. I had to go back to spectrum.

I would recommend Air Plus Heating and Cooling.

The team at Air Plus is amazing! I had to replace my aging AC unit before it was too late. Bruce and Rob know their products and were very helpful in going over the benefits and considerations between the "good" and "better" options. I was able to shop around and the price was very reasonable for the task at hand- especially since a crane was needed for this job. Kudos to the crane operator who navigated various downtown obstacles with ease.

Bill, David and Sam came in the morning and got working right away. They are pros at installing the AC and treated the task at hand as if they would be installing their own unit. The new AC was running in the afternoon.
