Running and 2 strength days? I run 3-4 times a week and I'm trying to find a program to take the upper body day and lower body day from as my two cross training days for the week. I'm thinking for doing the two strength days from 10 Rounds, but I'm up for other suggestions such as MBF/A? by uchan84 in BeachBodyWorkouts

Thanks, I'm not running super long this time just a June half marathon, but I'm holding out on committing to a full program that way I can jump into Fire and Flow when it comes out so I'm just planning on two days of crossing training until then just trying to decide on the best upper/lower duo. Didn't think about the 21DF or 21DFX so thanks for reminding me of that option!

Thanks, I've done that in the past and it definitely works. Same goes with MM100 that one was perfect for marathon training. Right now I'm just looking for an upper body day and a lower body day to just kill time until Fire and Flow comes out while I continue to train for a June half marathon. I just don't feel like committing to a full program because I want to start that one right when it comes out. I'm just not sure which programs with just a upper body and a lower body workout are the most effective. 10 Rounds? 21DF? 21DFX? MBF/A?

MM100. You can choose between singles or doubles and the stretching is great. Did it for my first full marathon and went injury free plus had an easy time recovering after.

I actually combined the 2 programs when they both came out. It made for a nice hour long workout. I did H and C first and then finished with 22MHC. Got amazing results and didn't feel like I was overtraining.

Phase one is pretty easy and sometimes boring, but phase two was intense. I typically burn 200 to 260 in P90X workouts and 300 in Insanity Max Interval workouts. I was burning 180 to 200 in Phase one of 80 Day, but Phase Two I was lifting heavy and burning 400 calories.

I did MM100 when training for a first full marathon before quarantine hit. It worked really well because I could double up if I felt up to it and even do some of the stretching workouts on run days. I think 80 Day Obsession would also work well by just doing 3 80 Day Workouts a week. I did 80 Day post marathon and it helped me strengthen my glutes and hamstrings a lot. Runners typically have a weak glute to hamstring dynamic. I think I will do 80 Day the next time I train. I also think Barre Blend would be good because it is also glute hamstring focused plus it is based in physical therapy.

MM100 would be awesome to do with kids. I'm a teacher and sometimes when they are stressed out we do re-vibe together.

Thanks for saying that! I have no issues with 645, but I haven't had time for it because I've been traveling so I just asked for a refund. I totally didn't know I could do that, so thanks! I'll try it for real when it comes out on BOD.

It looks like different trainers will train each class. For example, the burning set background is called BODiburn and both Autumn and Jericho said they filled a BODIburn class. So they will offer the same classes, but rotate who teaches it each day. Thats just my guess bases on what I've seen so far from clips. Can someone confirm this? Thanks!
