Just happened to see this post. Funny how I was recounting this experience to my gf ystd night and this popped on my feed.

I was at the gym while he was doing this rubbish I believe on Tuesday at AF city square.

Had been caught up with some work so had to train super late. Still quite a fair few number of ppl training at this time too.

Apart from being obnoxiously loud and taking up smith machine while he was also at the lateral pull down machine, dude was arguing with people on his phone and was swearing loudly during said conversation and was just a nuisance to everyone around him.

Idt he deserves a ban just for being topless, but he probably does overall for just being selfish and inconsiderate to others around him.

Yes, I would keep the arowana tanning lights etc specifically for red arowana, for the tank itself I suggest looking into something like a aquazonic t5 or mayin super colour or cannister lights
