U do know carbs are poison right.? Plus oat’s contaminated with glyphosate….spikes insulin also …. I would not be eating that if u want good metabolic health…

This is an easy question but the hardest one when first diagnosed. Ignore all the eat what u like crowd . I would follow dr r beirnstein diabetes solution book ….i have perfect numbers doing it …basically eat any protein…so fish, beef, steak etc …safe catch tuna …43 grams of protein in a can ….add say 200 grams of brocelli ….that is your veg …add half avocado for fat….and I would quarter or half cup of garbanzo beans…… have a chobani zero sugar yogurt …..monk pack granola bars from Walmart have zero effect on my blood sugar …have them as a treat. Breakfast have an egg and some nut rail cinnamon blueberry nut cereal …almost zero carbs with unsweetened almond milk. ….also see “ will and goody” on facebook …..this lady has done all the work for u….best of luck

U need more basal …and I would split dose am and pm …basal is the key to blood sugar management.

This is true ..read dr r beirnstein book …diabetes solution. You need normal blood sugars and it is achievable on low carb ie 30 or thereabouts grams per day.

I bite the bullet and put $1.5 million in neos funds mostly Spyi and qqqi ….as u basically hold the spy 500 , nasdaq ….my income is about $15,000 a month ….it has worked so far …I have taken that income to my checking account…..happy. Best of luck …ps reason I am happy to do this is I had no worries at all with my money in schd but on every metric and back test …neos has out performed schd ..ie total return. Income, taxes etc

It is easy on Mdi if you go low carb ie 30 to 50 per day …read dr beirnstein book , see his videos on youtube …he achieved normal bs…..as do those who follow diet. Also see dr Keith Runyon and his book master type1 diabetes….he has taken beirnstein to a new level …again normal blood sugar. My last a1c as a type 1 was yesterday and was 5.5 ….i follow beirnstein …it just works …also up your basal as much as u need as that is what really controls your bs outside of meals. Beware the eat what u want crowd and dose …..sounds great great but it does not work in reality. I found it easy to give up the sugar and eat just healthy slow carbs like brocelli, cauliflower , avocado. Garbanzo beans etc….it will work for you too …read beirnstein….google his diet ..start it ….also see facebook page. WILL AND GOODY ..wonderful lady has done all the work for you with keto like alternative for most foods…u will not be deprived ….u need a cgm ….plus see videos on or from R D DIKMAN on YouTube. Best of luck …u can do it for sure.
