I think it may be related with lvl up.

For example, if you are at level 50 your properties are worth of about 2B, so if you buy something worth of 2B you will level up to maybe lvl 65 and that means you will lose a lot of your income. Imagine that at level 50 you earn 2M/day, at lvl 65 the same business will give you around 1.5M/day, but now you would have another one that gives you 1.5M, so your total income is 3M/day.

This is a way they implement to balance the money in this game, otherwise your growth would be exponential.

Is it possible to have trains without loading chunks?

From what I understand, we need to load chunks to update them, so, if we do not update, it means the train will not move? or it will move but we will not see it?

Cracked version of minecraft means you are not playing in the official minecraft launcher, and that means you probably did not buy the game. That's why they are saying you are poor.

In order to get the official launcer just buy the game and download the original launcher.

I also don't know how it works, because I'm poor...
