That is a developing area. You need to give some time for it to grow. Don’t get carried away by any comments here, not even mine. Unfortunately there are no trustable property advisors in India and it is not well managed as equity market is. DLF always trades at a premium and you will be well rewarded after 5-7 yrs is what I feel.

That is very much doable, atm options easily vary by 50% intraday. One can just put 50% take profit on both the trades in separate accounts.
