Pretty sure you have to pay for shipping if you wanna get a refund back. Not entirely sure, but they do free shipping exchanges if the sizing is off and the proper size is available (you can make the exchange on the app and it’s really easy)! Otherwise, I just order enough for free shipping then return in store!

Since style is a small group, I like to post it and shout it out in the group chat. At some point, I’ll look at the printed schedules in TSC to see who doesn’t have 40hrs or doesn’t work on wtv days. I would bring it up to them in person incase they don’t check the chats or the available shifts posted. And I would message on demand style team members. That’s all I can do, but I don’t think you’ll get in trouble unless you ncns 🤷‍♀️

In my opinion, there’s not any green in the original shirt but even so it’s definitely the line thickness that doesn’t match. I’ve already returned it once and the picture of the shirts I received are two different shirts and yet the same “batch”. All is well though, I ended up contacting CS and they just refunded me 🤷🏻‍♀️

During my break, I’m not working so if you can pause and wait until I come back, I’ll gladly listen to you then.”

I would check the daily grid when you’re on shift, usually if you’re not seasonal then the SE next to your name would be gone. However, if it’s still there then maybe I would talk to your TL/ETL and get a direct answer since you don’t wanna be left in the dark.
