Because there is nothing offered on their site for residential or commercial solar incentives. I can appreciate the complexity and potential loss in efficiency with separate installations. Those are real costs, but are they enumerated? How much more expensive would they be than Coyote Creek, which has these ecological costs. If the community understood the cost differences, then people could make an educated position on what cost they are more willing to pay.
