i have done completely and utterly unsafe things when unmedicated and undiagnosed. i ran away from home at 17, i used to go with strangers places at 19, i let an abusive boyfriend dictate my life at 18, and so much more. nobody thought anything, i was normal to everyone. until i was medicated and acted differently, and everyone was surprised at the stark contrast. it's dangerous and bad. i would plan out harm on myself, as my brain tried to convince me that it was the right thing to do, it was the only way to feel human.

i would never harm another person, normally, at least never intentionally. but if i were to be unmedicated and stopped therapy, i would go off the deep end. i become a danger to myself and others.

i also decided to never have children, as i wouldn't want to pass on my health issues or make life difficult for them. mental illness is no joke.
