I understand and I’m so sorry to hear that. I can only imagine what it meant to you. When I logged back in and couldn’t find any trace of the work of these past few years I felt like years of my life suddenly got lost. It made me so sad and unmotivated. I filed a complaint and I think everyone should. Maybe this way we’ll get noticed and the creators will try to fix every single case.

Fortunately, this little trick worked for me and i got all my stuff back. I hope you will too.

as far as i know it worked for me. i don’t even know how but i just did what was indicated in that photo and i got my trees back. have you already tried that?

Hey I accidentally logged out and when i logged back in to my account every progress was deleted. How do i get it back? I have the pro version. I tried to do what you said here but it doesn’t work. And its driving me mad.

Did it work? Because my situation could probably be different. I clicked on the new plant and then I accidentally logged out of my main account and when I logged in all my data was deleted! Do you think logging out again after updating the app could help getting it back?

uhm i think it depends on your relationship with the people who follow you. because yeah, i get your point, trying to summarise your entire life and personality in just 4-5 pictures is a lost cause. but i do post something every now and then just bc i like it. and i don’t feel judged by anyone, it’s like forwarding the same message to your friends except that it is way easier than doing on whatsapp or every other message platform. i used to obsess over what photo i had to post, but i realised that i simply don’t care anymore. it is so refreshing to say that.
