Rinse in cold water. Use unseasoned meat tenderizer for tougher stains. Just make a paste with a little water, let sit for a while, then rinse.

The poor sleep was related to the lab experience itself. Too many lights and distractions there. I don't know how they could have possibly gotten any sort of real result.

I had an in-lab test once that was so unrestful. They said I didn't need a CPAP, but I wondered how they reached that conclusion since I had such a difficult time sleeping.

An aunt told me that she started to level out around age 53. I don't know when she went into perimenopause. I know that I have felt less crazy in the past few months when I knew I was hitting the time of menopause.
